What is the OneASICS™ program?
The OneASICS™ program is a free, voluntary membership program for customers of ASICS. As a OneASICS™ member, you have access to exclusive benefits designed to keep you running.
Is a OneASICS™ membership free?
Yes! Joining the OneASICS™ program is completely free. Once you have provided all the necessary information, you will receive an online account where you will be able to track your program activity. OneASICS™ members may receive access, from time to time, to loyalty rewards, points, benefits, offers, free app trials, product reviews, and more.
What are my OneASICS™ benefits? How do I use them?
OneASICS™ Members Get 10% Off First Purchase
To receive 10% off your first purchase, sign-up for a free OneASICS™ account here. After signing up, you’ll see a welcome email from us come through shortly.
Directions to redeem:
- Log into your OneASICS™ account from the asics.com website by clicking the button “Sign In” and entering the Email and Password associated with your OneASICS™ account. If you are already logged into your account, hit the button “My Account”.
On the “My Account” page, go to the “Rewards” tab to see your available discounts and press “Add To Bag”.
From here, simply go back to asics.com and start shopping! You will notice red text on all products specifying you have 10% off your order with OneASICS™.

The Runkeeper Go™ premium upgrade offers personalized race training plans, detailed progress insights and much more. After you sign up for a OneASICS™ membership, you will have to download the free ASICS Runkeeper™ app. Upon opening the app your free trial will start immediately. If you are an existing Runkeeper™ subscriber - you just need to open the app to start the trial. Please note that the free trial is not available for current Runkeeper Go™ subscribers. Additionally, the trial period may change pending other promotions and offers.
Free 90-Day ASICS Studio™ Trial
Explore everything from strength training to yoga with our mobile app designed for on-the-go fitness. It features trainer-led classes with music and video to guide your every move. After you sign up for a OneASICS™ membership, you will have to download the ASICS Studio™ app. Upon opening the app your free trial will start immediately. If you are an existing ASICS Studio™ subscriber and are using a free version you will have to log out from the app and log in again in order to start your 90-day trial. Please note that the free trial is not available for those ASICS Studio™ subscribers currently paying a subscription fee. Additionally, the trial period may change pending other promotions and offers.

How often are benefits and rewards updated?
We strive to keep our benefits and rewards offerings fresh and exciting. You can expect regular updates to the Member Dashboard to provide you with the best membership experience possible.
How do I keep my OneASICS™ membership active?
To enjoy the full range of benefits from your OneASICS™ membership, you must keep your account active. Your OneASICS™ account is considered active when you engage in at least one qualifying interaction within a consecutive twenty-four (24) month period. Qualifying interactions include activities such as:
- Logging into your OneASICS™ account;
- Making a purchase;
- Entering a sweepstakes;
- Linking your OneASICS™ account to Race Roster™ or Runkeeper™;
- Completing a member survey; or
- Any other activity designated by ASICS.
What happens if I don’t keep my OneASICS™ membership active?
If your account remains inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, it will be deactivated. This means you'll lose all accrued but unused benefits, and they cannot be recovered. ASICS may send email or text message reminders before this happens, but it's your responsibility to keep track of your membership status and benefit expiration.

How do I register for the OneASICS™ program?
How do I cancel my OneASICS™ membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time through the Privacy Portal. Please note that if you cancel your membership, your member account and all associated account information will be deleted and all accumulated benefits will be forfeited.
If you choose to rejoin OneASICS™ at a later date, you may be eligible to earn benefits again; however any previously-earned benefits will not continue or transfer over to your new membership. See OneASICS™ Terms & Conditions for full details.
