What's the stack height of the SUPERBLAST™ shoes? 

Reach new heights with our highest midsole ever. The SUPERBLAST™  stack height tops out at 45mm (1.77 inches) of super bouncy foam technology. 

How has the SUPERBLAST™  improved on the previous model? 

No matter which of the SUPERBLAST™  running shoe colorways you choose, the new model combines FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO foam technology at the midsole for soft landings and energized toe-off, with FF TURBO™ PLUS technology at the forefoot for softer and responsive cushioning. We also added the ASICSGRIP™ sole technology to help provide traction and to help add durability. 

To keep you comfortable on longer runs, the woven mesh upper is stretchy, supportive and highly breathable. Moreover, the SUPERBLAST™  trainer is a full 7 grams lighter than the previous model, an improvement you will notice on your longer runs. 

What's the difference between SUPERBLAST™ and NOVABLAST™ shoes? 

When deciding between SUPERBLAST™vs. NOVABLAST™ running shoes, consider your running style, goals and habits. The NOVABLAST™ shoe is a neutral daily trainer with extra rubber on the outsole to help add durability, which adds more weight. If you want versatility, a lighter weight and comfort on fast-paced distances, choose SUPERBLAST™ long-distance running shoes.

SUPERBLAST™ vs. GEL-NIMBUS™ running shoes are two of our high-stack, highly cushioned options. GEL-NIMBUS™ is our softest trainer that combines PureGEL™ technology with the cloud-like cushioning of FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO foam technology. The SUPERBLAST™ running shoe offers a lighter and more responsive ride with a firmer feel, for stability and speed at a lighter weight.
