"After a first drop of 3 exclusive and highly successful styles in 2022 including two GEL-1130™ Itachi and Sasuke, and one GEL-Lyte III™ Kakashi, ASICS and Sébastien Abdelhamid come back with a specific feature of the GEL-NYC™. Based on the hit product of the Japanese brand launched in January 2023, this design is inspired by Naruto's Sage mode and pays tribute to the final arc of Pain. The shoe is delivered on a special box and features many details like a lace lock with Naruto’s scroll, a scratch nodding to Western imagery, a dubrae with the Leaf Village logo and Naruto Uzumaki’s logo on the tongue."
