How do I use/redeem a promotion code?
If you have an ASICS promotion code, you can enter it while viewing your shopping cart.
- Click the "VIEW CART" button
- Locate the “PROMOTION CODE” box above "SUBTOTAL"
- Enter the promo code in the box using capital letters and including numerical numbers
- Click “Apply”
The promotion code discount will be reflected in the TOTAL amount if the code is accepted.
If you are having issues with the promotion code, review the promotional terms to ensure the code can be applied to the specific product(s) you are purchasing.
You may also contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to apply the promotion code after the order has been placed.
How do I cancel/modify an order?
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our returns policy page or contact us at email@example.com.
How secure is my data and payment details?
What payment methods can I use?
We only accept Atome, MasterCard and Visa credit and/or debit cards for online orders.
How to shop with Atome?
Atome offers 3 x equal monthly payments with no interest and no extra fees if you pay on time*.
Simply select Atome as your payment method at checkout. You will need a valid credit/debit card, and will need to be at least 18 years old and live in Singapore.
Other things to note:
1. Use Atome for orders up to $3,000.
2. If your order is cancelled or you return your items according to our returns policy, the payment plan will be cancelled.

Can I use my international credit card to purchase online?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order with an international credit card.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may be cancelled for several reasons. The most common one is if the product that you ordered is no longer in stock. You will be receiving an email confirming the cancellation of the order.
How do I make a return?
We gladly accept online returns within 14 days from date of receipt. ASICS.com/sg does not currently offer exchanges. We are only able to process returns for items purchased on ASICS.com/sg. If you would like to return an item, please visit https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/returns-policy for more information.
When will I receive my refund?
Once received, please allow up to three business days for your return to be processed and up to 21 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
How do I clean my shoes?
- ASICS suggests cleaning your ASICS shoes with a shoe cleaner and a soft cloth/brush, or surface clean using cold water and a mild detergent.
- Avoid storing your ASICS shoes in an extremely hot environment or under extreme sunlight.
- Do not use a washing machine or dryer to clean your ASICS shoes.
Why do we use RFID technology in some of our products?
ASICS applies RFID tags to some products for operational efficiency and product management. The RFID tags do not carry or store any personal data which could identify individual customers to us. We only store product specific information such as the product code on the RFID tag. This information is not linked to a customer, or to customer transactions.
Do you have this style in store?

How do I register for the OneASICS™ program?
Create a free account by going to the registration page here. If you have an existing account with ASICS or the Runkeeper™ app, make sure to use the same email address and password. You’ll have one account to access each ASICS brand.
Is OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership free?
Yes! Just by signing up with your email address, you can start to earn points and enjoy members-only privileges, access to offers, special events and more.
Who can sign up for the OneASICS™ Loyalty Program?
The OneASICS™ Loyalty Program is open to all applicants who are 18 years old and above at the time of application.
How long does it take to start my membership after I login OneASICS™?
Your membership starts immediately upon submission of your completed registration.
Can I have two OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership?
No, each person is entitled to one membership.
Can I transfer my OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership?
No, the membership is non-transferrable.
What are the different tiers and how do I reach them?
There are three different tiers – Premier, Premium and Prestige.
Premier: Simply sign up for an OneASICS™ account, no spending is required
Premium: Spend an accumulated amount of $400 in your tier cycle
Prestige: Spend an accumulated amount of $1,000 in your tier cycle
When does my tier cycle start and end?
Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of the upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2023 and got upgraded to Premium on 20 Mar 2023.
- Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 (12 months or 365 days)
- New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2023 to 19 Mar 2024 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period)
What happen if I could not meet the spending requirement by the tier cycle?
If you did not meet the spending requirement (Premium or Prestige), you will be downgraded to either Premium or Premier tier for the next year.
During this period, If you meet the spending requirement, you will be able to upgrade to the next tier.
The details will be reflected in your OneASICS™ Loyalty Overview.
How do I view my points?
Your personal OneASICS™ Points will be reflected in your OneASICS™ Loyalty Overview once you’ve logged in.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 Point, for every dollar you spent online*(exclude shipping fees) or in-store.
*For online purchases, your loyalty transaction details will be updated upon delivery of the products purchased. Kindly refer to "My Order" section for the order status.
What is the points earning rate?
Premier: Earn 1 Point per $1 spent
Premium: Earn 1.2x points per $1 spent
Prestige: Earn 1.5x points per $1 spent
How long does it take for my points to reflect in my membership account?
Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account upon delivery of the products purchased. Points would be redeemable 3 days from the date of delivery.
Can I do a retrospective points claim if I forgot to present my barcode during in-store purchase?
Yes, the original receipt must be within 3 days of purchase and do submit through email@example.com.
Can I transfer my points?
No, points are non-transferable.
Will I still earn points if I use any discount coupons?
Yes, points are awarded to nett spend after deducting discount coupons.
Is there a maximum number of points that I can earn in a transaction/in a day?
No, there is no limit.
How can I redeem my points?
During check out cart, you may select the number of points you wish to redeem.
In the event of product refund, points refunded will not include shipping charges.
Can I reinstate my expired points?
All points not redeemed by expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extension of validity is allowed.
How can I redeem my coupons?
You may copy the coupon code and redeem at the check out cart, the discount will be deducted automatically.
Can I transfer or gift my coupons?
No, coupons are non-transferable.
Can I cancel my coupon upon utilised?
No, coupons used are not refundable.
How can I redeem my offers?
You may view the offers available in your OneASICS™ account and redeem using your Points.
Can I transfer or gift my offer?
