The GEL-SONOMA™ TR62 sneaker is rooted in the concept of outdoor exploration.

The TR in the shoe's name stands for "trail," which stems from the GEL-MESHTRAIL™ and GEL-EAGLETRAIL™ ll shoes. Meanwhile, 62 represents the GEL-KAHANA™ 6 and GEL-EAGLETRAIL™ ll shoes. These designs were originally made for competitive trail runners but have been modified for maneuvering on city streets and other daily environments.

The upper materials are updated with a synthetic leather surface texture, an open-air mesh, and speed laces to complement the shoe's technical references.

Meanwhile, the tooling uses components from the first two GEL-SONOMA™ trail shoes. This construction helps promote advanced cushioning and traction in various surroundings.
