Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the GEL-LYTE™ III OG running shoe, the sneaker emerges once again with its original shape and construction that it featured in the early 90s. Designed by Shigeyuki Mitsui in 1990, the GEL-LYTE™ III OG silhouette incorporates a split-tongue application that was originally inspired by the GEL-LD RACER™ shoe. Reappearing in an assortment of OG colorways, this shoe also features a suede and leather construction. Additionally, the shoe incorporates its signature GEL® technology cushioning unit in the heel to improve shock absorption and help deliver lasting comfort.
Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The GEL-LYTE III is made for Neutral.
Normal size arches
There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

My 1st pair of ASICSThis is my first pair of ASICS and I gotta give myself a pat on the back for ordering a really nice and comfortable shoe! Especially like the split tongue or whatever that is. I get compliments on them often. Wish there were more color schemes available. Or customization would be rad.
