Considered Injuries
Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
The METASPEED™ Sky racing shoe moves you towards a sound mind and a new personal best. It's designed to help you go faster by extending your stride length. Stride-style runners take a longer stride once they start increasing their speed, but their cadence primarily remains consistent. Thanks to an energetic midsole foam and a propulsive carbon plate, runners wearing these shoes will be able to conserve more energy while maintaining their pace at the later stages of the race.?

At first not sure, I almost sent them back after trying them on but then as I was running I started listening to what the reviewers said. Let the shoe do the work. I let my feet feel the shoe and the ground. A solid comfortable platform, just wide enough for my toes and then I let go and rolled with every step. I thought I could keep going for hours but it was only a half a marathon race. On the fit side, the 10.5 fits me perfectly, on some shoe I have to go up a half size because they are to narrow but not here. If you can catch a sale I would recommend them to everyone.

Quality
Excelente percusión a la hora de golpear contra el suelo y muy ligeros. Aún los he usado poco pero me siento muy cómodos con ellos y estoy pensando en correr en maratón con ellos tal ves después les comenté acerca de su funcionamiento

Very fast
Very good bounce and very fast. Soul slides to the side and gets some getting used to. You will be sore in your Achilles after the first couple runs. You will PR with these shoes though!

Know what you are getting into
4 stars for a few of reasons
1. No pad on tongue means shoelaces sort of dig into your foot
2. Tongue folds due to lack of rigidity
3. Pull tab digs into heel
Pro: This shoe is not for a slow runner, it wants to push you forward. This is a good thing if you have a 9min mile or better pace
I can see the foam in this shoe will last less than my average 400 miles per shoe
Yes. I would buy this shoe again

Very different feel that a more "traditional"shoe, but so far so good. Springy and cushioned. Feels fast. Plenty of anecdotal evidence that the shoe will lead to faster times and PRs. Maybe not worth the cost for most people.

Wow. Amazing
I got this shoe about 2 weeks ago for race days. I tried on Nike vaporfly (too narrow in heel), hoka carbon x3 (upper was uncomfortable) and these were perfect. My first race was a 5k and these shoes were amazing. I took :57 off my PR and averaged sub 8:00 which I have never done. I’m looking forward to more races in them. I am usually a 10 1/2 but did go up to 11 in the,

I loved how light the shoe felt as soon as I put it on. Initially, I thought that the heel would dig into my ankle, but after one run I realized it fit just right. My only concern is the stress on my calves/achilles during the run, but overall I am really pleased!
