The ASICS THROW PRO™ 3 track and field shoes are designed to aid in the turning and spinning motions in these events. The resin plate increases stability and response through the forefoot to keep you centered on the sole's platform, while the MOTION WRAP™ upper and ankle strap provide stability, comfort and fit.

Can you use ASICS shoes with spikes for jumping?

ASICS spike shoes are designed for intermediate-to-elite high jump and long jump athletes. Choose a left or right take-off foot with the ASICS HIGH JUMP PRO™ 3 spike shoes. The spike's single-strap, hook-and-loop closure and MOTION WRAP™ upper give you a dynamic fit to support your take-off. A strategically designed slit in the other shoe's forefoot offers increased flexibility for a smoother run. Plus, the asymmetrical eyelet allows you to adjust the shoe for better stability that keeps your foot centered, especially when planting your foot for your jump.
