Good for breastfeeding & one of my fav casual SB
I have 5 of these because they are easy to take on and off and are very good for my workouts. I am 5'9 165lbs 38A and I wear a Large and for my small chest the support is perfect. The band is not super tight (which I love). I did give this to a friend who is a C cup and she liked lifting but not running long distance in it. She did find it was perfect for breastfeeding and stretched with her changing body. Not a running bra but an everyday and everyother non-bouncing workout or lounge day necessity.

No support and short straps
Ok to wear at home sitting around to do nothing. There is no support. Straps are short, not a tight fit. I followed the sizing instructions. Even if I went smaller it wouldn’t have fit well.
