Stand out from the crowd in the GEL-NIMBUS® LITE running shoe. This shoe offers a one-piece midsole that's made from a soft and lightweight foam for an excellent underfoot feel. Comfortable and stylish, this versatile shoe is for those who love our popular GEL-NIMBUS® series, but want a softer and lighter offering. This shoe is lightweight and features excellent bounce-back properties. Our FLYTEFOAM® technology in the midsole works with the GEL® technology in the forefoot and rearfoot to soften your stride and improve your comfort. Nearly the entire upper of the GEL-NIMBUS® LITE shoe is formed with a recycled material, while the FLYTEFOAM® midsole technology incorporates Cellulose Nanofiber, which is a sustainable material that also increases the durability of the foam. The shoe's soft upper will help your feet to breathe and move naturally as you run, while added cushioning reduces the overall shock you experience in your step. A lightweight full-ground contact AHAR® outsole also promotes extra durability — prolonging the mileage you get out of your running shoes accordingly. Fusing advanced tech with a stylish design, the GEL-NIMBUS® LITE shoe works hard to improve your running experience.

Doesn't feel like a nimbus
Somewhat disappointed, these feel wider than normal and not as cushiony as previous Nimbus models. I've been running in Nimbus shoes for over 10 years, bought these a month ago and have run two full marathons and three long runs over 13.1 miles in addition to my usual weekly tempo runs and speed work. Feet feel sore after longer distances.

Nimbus lite
Only run on them a couple times, but impressed zo far. Good balance between cushioning and rebound. Runs pretty true to size, if not a skosh large

Nimbus Lite 1
Cushy ride, lighter than most daily trainers and do well on longer runs as well as occasional intervals.

Honest Review: Nimbus Lite
As a runner that struggles with supination, I require a slightly wider mid-sole. I used to be an avid user of the Gliderides until I got my hand on the Nimbus lite. The shoe is extremely supportive and feels strong through the mid on long run days. I highly recommend this shoe if you require a little more support, but like a little less weight.

Light Weight Cushioning
I bought a pair of these out of curiosity to feel the difference between the Nimbus and the Nimbus Lite. The main difference between the shoes is that the Nimbus lite is lighter in weight and the hard plastic (Trusstic) arch support in the outer sole has been removed and replaced with a softer rubber material. The shoe has less arch support because of this difference. However, the cushioning and the flexibility are similar to the feel of the Nimbus and the shoe has a noticeably lighter feel to it. I think this would be a great shoe for running long distance races. This shoe is good for high arch runners who don't need a lot of support in a running shoe, but like lots of cushioning. The fit is similar to the Nimbus.
