FF BLAST™ is a cushioning foam material with excellent bounce. It absorbs high shock levels for long-distance runs and reduces load on the foot.
3. FF BLAST™ TURBO
This material is the softest midsole material in ASICS history. ASICS also added a carbon fiber plate for firmness that provides an extra pop at higher speeds. A balanced rocker helps propel you through your stride.

The GEL-NIMBUS™ Lite 3 shoe features FLYTEFOAM™ technology and is one of our lightest and most affordable premium running shoes. The product was engineered for sustainability and performance.
Cellulose nanofiber, a bio-based material, is applied as a component of this shoe's midsole for durable comfort, bounce and cushioning. Calculated by weight, more than 50% of all polyester materials in this shoe are recycled.
Treads provide traction and support your stride from footstrike to lift off. It wraps the foot like a second skin for both men and women.
The NOVABLAST™ 2 shoe includes FF BLAST™ technology. This cushioning is paired with geometric cutouts in the midsole for a soft landing with every footstrike, as well as an energetic rebound.
