Walking Shoes for Women

Yes, ASICS offers a selection of comfortable and stylish walking shoes for women.

When it comes to which ASICS women's shoes are best for walking, the popular GEL-EXCITE^® shoes and GEL-KAYANO^® shoes are great choices. They're good for both fitness walkers and people who spend a lot of time on their feet during the day.

The GEL-EXCITE^® women's walking sneaker features the same GEL^® technology found in our top-tier running shoes. They offer no-compromise comfort on your walks, even if those include jogs and sprints. The mesh upper is designed to keep your feet cool and well-supported.

The GEL-KAYANO^® fitness shoe offers a lightweight and balanced walking experience with a higher midsole stack height. The 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ provides adaptive stability for smooth strides and comfort on various terrains.

The best walking shoes and sneakers for women support you on both concrete during your city strolls and uneven surfaces on trails, both at work and at play.

When looking through your choices of walking shoes, here are features to keep in mind:

• Cushioning: Comfort and support are important. Good walking shoes for women feature cushioning that absorbs the impact of each step.
• Durable rubber soles: The soles should have a tread pattern that evens out pressure points and supports the longer strides of walkers. ASICS ladies' walking shoes also have a stable base for sure steps on a variety of terrain.
• Supportive upper: Women's walking shoes should have a supportive upper that holds your foot in place, is flexible for movement and is highly breathable for all-day comfort.
