The GEL-NYCā¢ 2.0 sneaker sources inspiration from heritage and modern performance running styles.ā
Its upper construction references the GEL-1050ā¢ sneaker from the year 2000.ā The materials are also updated with a gradient application and reflective details for prominent contrast when light flashes across it in dark settings.
The newly designed tooling references the GEL-1050ā¢ sneaker, as well as the GEL-LYTEā¢ DS II shoe outsole influences for lifestyle purposes. Through a combination of TRUSSTICā¢ support units, GELā¢ technology inserts, and FF BLASTā¢ PLUS cushioning, this midsole formation creates a lighter and more comfortable feel than the first version.
