The shoe's iconic details from the late 2000s resurface, including the asymmetric upper design, synthetic leather overlays, and its signature open mesh application. These features are offset with various heart-shaped caricatures on the laces and heel, while the KIMHEKIM moniker is stamped on the tongue logo.

Lastly, the midsole's dual-layer EVA foam, GELā„¢ technology inserts, and TRUSSTICā„¢ system are designed to help provide advanced cushioning and support.
