Our new research shows that 15:09 minutes could be all it takes to uplift your mind. So, this June, we’re hoping to inspire more people to move with the 15:09 Uplift Challenge.

People think 30 minutes of exercise is the minimum amount required to experience uplift, but ASICS research shows 15:09 minutes could be all it takes.

The 15:09 Uplift Challenge starts in June.

Our challenge kicks off on Global Running Day, on June first, and runs until the end of the month. Lace up your shoes and move with us to uplift the world.

1.Simply move for 15.09 minutes to uplift your mind (walking, running, tennis or however you like to move) and capture a video or an image of you doing it! Post the video or photo to TikTok, Instagram or Facebook with #LiveUplifted

2. Enter the 15:09 challenge via the ASICS RunKeeper app and log at least one activity within the app. All users who complete the challenge will go in the running to WIN up to $500 of ASICS running gear!
