Your favourite workout?

Strength training, mostly because of the challenge to break my limits. When I'm lifting, I feel electric as I can leave everything behind, clear my mind, and just focus on lifting something heavy.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

I love to play BLACKPINK, love their incredible rhythms.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

I will make sure I have enough sleep, practice healthy eating habits, workout regularly, having “me time” once in awhile, and a short getaway sometimes to allow myself to recharge and come back stronger! Most importantly, a work- life balance.

A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there

Do what makes you happy, allow yourself to keep trying different things till you find the thing you love - and makes you feel and look great. Only then will you be able to stick to a longterm program. Either for your mental or physical health. Stay strong queen.
