WHAT IS EKIDEN?
The Ekiden is a Japanese relay that’s all about teamwork, rivarly and competition. Runners pass along their taisuki (or shas) as fast as possible and while each leg is run separately, teams compete as one.

HOW IT WORKS
REGISTER FOR FREE
Ready to start to run? Create or join a team of up to 6 runners. Each teammate will run between 5K and 10K, together running the distance of a marathon.
TRAIN & TRACK
Working together is the key to the EKIDEN relay. Don't forget to make sure you train in the perfect shoe for your running needs.
RUN THE RACE
Run a 5k or more, virtually logging your leg of the race in the app between November 11 and 22. Work hard and run fast as you strive to pass the virtual tasuki to your teammate!
