Convenient, personalised and even from the comfort of your own home, our team is here to help with your fitness needs from performance running footwear and apparel to sports performance. Available at our ASICS Sydney, ASICS Bondi, ASICS Miranda, ASICS Warringah, ASICS Melbourne, ASICS Carindale, ASICS Knox and ASICS Pacific Fair stores, you can book an appointment for gait analysis, football, netball or kids shoe fitting, apparel viewing, or a general appointment to get advice on our range of products.
How to Book
1. Visit the book now link and select an in store or virtual appointment type. 2. Select the store, date and time you wish to visit in store or meet online. 3. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS for your selected appointment.
- In Store Visit the register in store to check in for your fitting.
- Virtual Click the link provided in your booking confirmation email where a Fit Crew team member will discuss your fitting. Staff will then reserve your products for collection. If you are joining via mobile, you will need to download the Zoom App, if you joining from your desktop you can just join the session via your browser.

Who are ASICS Fit Appointments available to?
ASICS Fit Appointments are available to all customers, including OneASICS members. No login is required.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book any available time from same-day appointments up to 7 days in advance.
How many people can attend the fitting?
To allow ample time, we suggest a maximum of 3 people per fit appointment. If you have more people in your group it would be best to book a separate back-to-back appointment.
Can I change my booking date/time or location?
To change your booking, please send an email with your name and phone number to your selected store.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
If you’re not able to make an appointment, please contact your selected store via phone or email.
Is there a fee/cost to book a virtual or in-store fitting appointment?
There is no fee. Our ASICS Fit appointments are a complimentary service we offer to all our customers.
Is there anything I need to prepare for my in-store appointment?
Our team in-store will be able to measure and help you find your for your perfect fit. However if you already know your size and what your fitness goals are please let your ASICS Fit Crew member know upon arrival.
Is there anything I need to prepare for my virtual appointment?
Below are some tips on how to streamline your virtual appointment:
- Model - What product are you currently wearing? Do you know the brand and model of footwear you're currently using?
- Size - Your US shoe size? Foot measurement - refer to our 'how to measure your shoe size' guide and follow the steps to measure your foot.
- Fitness goals – any specific events you’re training
- A good internet connection
- Zoom App – if you will be joining from your mobile, please download the zoom app prior to your appointment time. Zoom for iOS. Zoom for Android If joining from desktop, you can easily open the video appointment from your browser
When will my product(s) be ready for me to pick up at the store?/ How soon can I collect my reserved product(s)?
Upon your request your Fit Crew team member will set aside your products at the time of your appointment. These will be held for 48 hrs for you. To avoid missing out, we suggest placing a Click & Collect order online for collection at your closes ASICS store. See our Click & Collect page for more info. Alternatively, you can locate your products in our online store, checkout and have them delivered to your door.
Can I order my product(s) online after my virtual appointment?
Yes, you can collect your style name from your ASICS Fit Crew member during your appointment to locate online. You will also be sent a follow-up email with quick links to the styles selected during your appointment. Then follow the checkout prompts to have your order delivered to your door.
How long will my product(s) be reserved for?
Your products will be reserved in store for a period of 48 hours, after which we cannot guarantee that it will remain available.
What happens if I don’t collect my reserved product(s)?
After 48 hours your reserved products will be restocked into the store. This may mean your products is no longer available for purchase if you arrive more than 48 hours after your appointment. To avoid missing out we suggest placing a Click & Collect order online for collection at your closes ASICS store. See our Click & Collect page for more info. Alternatively, you can locate your products in our online store, checkout and have them delivered to your door.
