The GLIDERIDE™ 3 (D WIDE) is suited for runners who prioritise a responsive forefoot and energy savings on long, recovery runs. A key focus for this design was to make this trainer smoother and more comfortable.

The redesigned engineered mesh upper is softer and more breathable than the previous version.

FLYTEFOAM™ technology cushioning is placed on the bottom layer of the midsole for a soft landing, while the top layer of FF BLAST™ PLUS is provides an energetic bounce back.

GUIDESOLE™ technology is a combination of increased toe spring, stiffer forefoot and a Guidance line, designed to create a smoother transition and allow you to roll through your training.
