At ASICS weĀ stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issuesĀ with the qualityĀ of our gear.Ā 

WeĀ willĀ comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in connection with all of our products at all times.Ā 

Under the ACL for an Online Purchase:Ā 
(a)Ā if the ASICS product has a minor fault, we have theĀ discretionĀ toĀ repair or replace the product or refund your payment;Ā 
(b)Ā if the ASICS product has a major fault, you have theĀ discretionĀ to request us toĀ replace the product or refund your payment.Ā 
(c) ifĀ you have changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size and the product otherwise accords with your OrderĀ then we atĀ ASICSĀ have theĀ discretionĀ to decline your request.

ASICS will not accept the return of products that are damaged by normal wear and tear orĀ damagedĀ due to misuse, alteration to the productĀ orĀ by yourĀ negligence. ASICS limits its liability as set out in our Terms of Sale (Online).Ā 

ASICS products are legitimately sold only by authorised sellers who are required to followĀ ourĀ policies and procedures.Ā Ā We reserveĀ the rightĀ to reject any claims forĀ products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.Ā Ā Ā
