Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting our Performance Running Digital Marketing team with the delivery and localisation of digital marketing campaigns across the AEB region. As a graduate, you will assist in coordinating campaign toolkits, adapting content for local markets, and supporting digital platform updates, while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across marketing projects.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support coordination and distribution of campaign toolkits for the AEB region
• Maintain and update marketing calendars to track campaigns and activities
• Assist in reviewing and adapting global campaign assets for local market needs
• Contribute to content creation and copy adaptation across digital channels
• Support the creation and maintenance of landing pages and CMS content
• Assist in updating and managing non-ecommerce website pages
• Support the adaptation and production of digital assets for various channels
• Assist in coordinating with designers, localisation teams, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to cross-functional marketing projects and campaign execution

You have the following skills:

• Strong command of English language and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Background in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience with content creation, digital marketing, or CMS platforms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail, particularly when working with content, assets, and localization
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams
