Your role in our shared journey
As Sales Representative with ASICS Sweden you’ll be tasked with engaging with customers, both existing and prospective, travelling across Sweden – landing key contracts and maintaining valuable relationships to support our sales targets.
An energetic self-starter with a proven sales background and strong commercial thinking, the work you do in your area will play a major role in realising the business’s broader financial objectives and distribution strategy – enhancing perceptions of the ASICS brand globally.
Can you move minds?
We’re looking for a talented, proactive and influential salesperson who has a genuine affinity with the sports and leisure industry. A people-person who likes to travel, you’ll be tirelessly customer-orientated, combining excellent listening skills with powers of persuasion to maintain relationships with some of our larger and more specialised customers.
This role requires weekly travel (2-3 days per week including overnight stays) within your sales area and your base will be our Nordic Head Office in Gothenburg. You will be reporting to our Sales Manager for Sweden and be part of a sales team together with three other Sales-colleagues. As part of the role you’ll:
- Close deals and win new orders for ASICS brands in line with budget and expectations.
- Make regular visits to customers in your area every week.
- Pre-order intake twice per year (physical and digital).
- Execute pre-determined marketing activities, trainings and re-order sales within set budgets.
- Work with Key Account Managers to execute sales to propose discounts and special offers.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and Sales Desk queries when needed.
- Take part in trade fairs and events to enhance the ASICS brand.
- Monitor sales figures, spotting and analysing opportunities with existing and potential customers.

What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience i.e. similar position in a different field, experience from other parts of retail etc.
- Full, clean, driving license (B).
- Proven sales and relationship skills, with a keen interest in sports & leisure.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree or degree from a higher vocational education.
- Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
- Confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
