Dedicating time to prioritise wellbeing

To support our wellbeing framework approach, we introduced Uplift Week—held twice a year to encourage balance, movement and reflection. Through workshops, activities and shared experiences, we dedicate time to nurture mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing. It's a chance to pause, reconnect and live our purpose: a sound mind in a sound body.

We believe every one of us can make a difference. And so, when you join ASICS, you join a team that is working together to bring about positive change through movement. While we prioritise the wellbeing of our people, our purpose extends beyond our walls. Every year, we organise volunteering activities so our employees can give back to society and the environment. In the past, we've facilitated sports for children from underprivileged backgrounds and refugees, organised cleanup events around our office, and fished for plastic in the canals of Amsterdam.

Our inspiring workspaces across the region

ASICS EMEA has 2000+ employees across 14 offices worldwide. Our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp (the Netherlands) has been fully designed, built and furnished in line with the ASICS brand identity and Sound Mind, Sound Body philosophy. The space is filled with beautiful natural light and indoor plants, a gym, coffee bar and restaurant to keep our employees focused and inspired.

Our other offices span across regions like Scandinavia, Southern Africa, Europe, and the UK. We also have over a hundred retail, outlet and concept stores, as well as two distribution centres in Montpellier (France) and Krefeld (Germany).
