As In-House Sales Representative & Coordinator with ASICS Sweden you’ll be tasked with engaging with customers to build and maintain valuable relationships to support our sales targets. You will also support our broader Sales organization in coordinating and assisting on managing samples and showroom, reports and analysis, attending sales events and so on.

A people-person who likes to build connections, stay customer focused and combine proven listening skills with powers of persuasion to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
This role is based in our in Nordic Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be reporting to our Head of Sales in Denmark and be part of the broader Nordic Sales Organization. As part of the role you’ll:
- Customer contact person for a selected group of customers across the Nordic region.
- Customer relationships will be managed primarily through phone, email and using our digital tools.
- Close deals and win new orders for ASICS brands in line with budget and expectations.
- Digital pre-order intake twice per year as well as meeting customers at trade fairs.
- Re-order activities within set budgets throughout the year.
- Organize and take part in trade fairs and events to enhance the ASICS brand.
- Work with Key Account Managers to execute sales to propose discounts and special offers.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and Sales Desk queries when needed.
- Be responsible for showroom, preparing samples etc.
- Work closely with Head of Sales to monitor sales figures, reports and analysis.
- Coordinate and assist Head of Sales with activities linked to broader sales organization.

What we’re looking for
- Preferably previous experience from the sports industry or FMCG. Perhaps you have worked in store or have had a junior sales position with a similar company.
- Full, clean, driving licence (B) as travel may occur occasionally.
- Strong interest in developing your sales and listening skills, with a keen interest in sports & leisure.
- Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written). Knowledge in other Nordic languages is a plus, especially Finnish.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
- Confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
