November 10, 2022 / ASICS Australia

Whether you enjoy running, cycling, rowing, or any other type of activity, you should have a way to track your workouts.

With the ASICS Runkeeper app, you can stay on top of your workout schedule and easily monitor your performance. When running a marathon or a race, the app features comprehensive training plans that can be customised to your preference and guide you to your goals. From connecting with friends to automatically logging your workouts, the app has features you need to help you stay consistent and motivated.

How does the ASICS Runkeeper app work?

The ASICS Runkeeper app uses the GPS technology found in your phone to track your fitness activity. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface of the app makes it easy to track how far you went, how long it took, what your pace/speed was, how many calories you burned, and the path you traveled on a map. Goal setting is another key feature of the ASICS Runkeeper app. Goals can be customised to achieve cumulative or target distance, weight loss and even track progress on race days. With the ASICS Runkeeper app, you can:

  • Log your workouts
  • Train for a race
  • Map your routes
  • Measure key running metrics
  • Easily chart your progress
  • Use audio queues for pacing
  • Virtually race yourself or run virtually with your friends
  • Participate in monthly challenges to help you stay motivated

The ASICS Runkeeper app isn’t your typical running app, so what differentiates it and how does the app work? For starters, Runkeeper works for many activities beyond running. It can track everything from strength training and cycling to walking.
