ASICS.COM and Endless Aisle Terms Of Sale

Important Notice: 

ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd is the authorised distributor of ASICS products within Australia. We are not able to guarantee the authenticity of products not distributed by us. For a list of authorised ASICS resellers in Australia, please visit our store locator .  

This website (Site) is published and maintained by ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 59 003 091 389) located at 6 Darling Street, Marsden Park, New South Wales, 2765 (Company, our, us, we). If you visit and purchase any product offered on the Site, the following terms and conditions (Terms of Sale) will apply to your purchase, so please read them carefully.  These Terms of Sale only apply to the purchase of products offered for sale on this Site and via Endless Aisle (both hereinafter referred to as an Online Purchase). Separate terms and conditions apply to purchases made in Company owned or run retail stores (which are not Endless Aisle purchases). Promotions and offers advertised on this Site or on Endless Aisle may not be valid in connection with any purchase made in Company retail stores (which are not Endless Aisle purchases) or elsewhere. Similarly, promotions and offers available in Company retail stores or elsewhere may not be valid in respect of Online Purchases unless expressly stated otherwise in each case. 

The Company may amend these Terms of Sale from time to time. Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any changes to these Terms of Sale, it is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms of Sale for any changes made prior to your Online Purchase. Your continued use of the Site or Online Purchase following the posting by us of any version of these Terms of Sale confirms your acceptance of the then current Terms of Sale. 

Please refer to our separate Terms of Use  of the Site. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use then the Terms of Sale will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in respect of Online Purchases.

ASICS Official 2025 Sydney Marathon Merchandise Terms Of Sale

1. General

These ASICS Official Sydney Marathon Merchandise Terms of Sale ( Merchandise Terms ) only apply to the purchase of ASICS Official Sydney Marathon Merchandise products offered for sale on the Race Roster website (https://raceroster.com/events/2024/78765/2024-sydney-marathon-presented-by-asics) and at the ASICS stand at the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS (Products).

These Merchandise Terms do not replace the ASICS.com and Endless Aisle Terms of Sale that are available on this page but add to those terms. If there is any inconsistency between the ASICS.COM and Endless Aisle Terms of Sale and these Merchandise Terms, these Merchandise Terms will apply but only to the extent of any inconsistency.

These Merchandise Terms may be amended from time to time. Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any changes to these Merchandise Terms, it is your responsibility to regularly check these Merchandise Terms for any changes made prior to making your purchase. By making an online purchase following the posting by us of any version of these Merchandise Terms confirms your acceptance of the then current Merchandise Terms.

2. Orders

Please note that the Products ordered in a single transaction will be shipped or made available for collection together, regardless of whether or not the Products are for different participants who have registered together. The person making the order will be responsible for ensuring the Products are given to the other participants, if applicable.

3. Delivery

(a) Shipping and delivery of Products is only available to a valid address, being an address that is (Valid Delivery Address):

(i) within mainland Australia & Tasmania;

(ii) not a post office box, parcel locker, or a locked bag; and

(iii) not to the following locations: airports, hospitals and prisons.

(b) Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide as part of your race registration via Race Roster provided it is a Valid Delivery Address. If your participant address is not a Valid Delivery Address, your Products will need to be collected from the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS. Please see clause 4 below.

(c) ASICS is not responsible for Products sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

(d) If you or your agent are not present when the Products are delivered, the nominated delivery agent may take the Products to a local delivery depot (including an Australia Post office) for collection.

(e) ASICS is not responsible for Products that you fail to collect from the nominated delivery agent or any third party delivery depot, including an Australia Post office.

(f) ASICS is not responsible for Products you fail to collect from the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS.

(g) Delivery of Products will commence from 7th March 2025.

(h) If your Valid Delivery Address changes after you submit your race registration for the 2025 Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS, it is your responsibility to update your Valid Delivery Address by 10th February 2025 via your participant dashboard on Race Roster. ASICS will not be responsible for the delivery of the Products if you fail to update your address on Race Roster by this date.

To change your Valid Delivery Address, you will need to:

(i) Log in to Race Roster HERE

(ii) Update your Valid Delivery Address following the instructions HERE

You can contact Race Roster via support@raceroster.com.au or AUS 1800 734 669 // NZ 0800 734 669 if you have any queries on updating your Valid Delivery Address.

4. Collection

(a) Unless you supply a Valid Delivery Address in accordance with these Merchandise Terms, all orders for Products must be collected at the ASICS stand at the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS on and from 28th August 2025 to 30th August 2025.

(b) Any orders for Products not collected from the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS on or before 18th August 2025 will be returned to ASICS. ASICS will contact affected customers via email by 31st August 2025 and give them the option to have their Products delivered to a Valid Delivery Address, at the customer's cost. If ASICS has not received a response from the customer via email with a Valid Delivery Address by 26th September 2025 or otherwise within 14 days of being notified by ASICS, the Products will be forfeited.

5. Returns

(a) 'Change of mind' returns for Products are available if the Products are unworn and unused in original packaging, boxes and tags intact and via the following methods:

(i) Return at the 2025 Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS: return by 30th August and proof of purchase is required, or

(ii) Return by post: returns via post must be made within 45 days of you receiving your order for Products. Returns via post will be at your cost and must be lodged via ASICS' returns portal.
