ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 59 003 091 389) located at 6 Darling Street, Marsden Park, New South Wales, 2765 (Company, our, us, we) publishes and maintains a website located at www.asics.com.au (Site) and the ASICS Mobile App (App). When you access, browse or use the Site and/or the App you accept and agree to, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below (Terms of Use) and any other terms, conditions, notices or disclaimers placed by the Company on the Site and/or the App. If you do not agree to such terms, you must not use our Site and/or App. 

The Site and App offer you convenient access to the full range of our products and features. You can also sign in to your OneASICS account or create a OneASICS account via the Site and/or App to make the most of your experience. The App does not support in-app purchases. When you choose to make a purchase via the App, you will be redirected to our Site to complete your purchase. 

These Terms of Use do not relate to your purchase or use of any product or service described or offered on the Site and/or the App and all purchases are instead subject to the separate document titled ‘Terms of Sale’ and any individual express warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, which is Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL), relevant to that particular product or service as applicable.
