How do you wash gym shoes?
To keep your best gym shoes looking good and performing well, clean them regularly. Remove excess dirt with a soft brush. Hand wash them with mild soap and warm water.
If you must machine wash them, use the delicate cycle and dry them with towels to protect the shoes and minimise banging that can damage your machine.
Air-dry them away from direct heat or sun. Do not put them in the dryer.
