Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by developing and executing strategic product assortments for our Direct to Consumer operations. Working alongside the Merchandise Manager, you'll analyse market trends, build seasonal range plans, and create balanced assortments that deliver both brand excellence and commercial success across our retail channels.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Build seasonal range plans using detailed analysis in collaboration with the Full Price planner to ensure strategic product selection.
• Conduct comprehensive market research including pricing, competitors, market share, and specialist sports seasonality to inform merchandising decisions.
• Develop range constructs and communicate Direct to Consumer requirements to Regional and Global Merchandising teams effectively.
• Create assortments that balance brand strengths with commercial objectives across different channels and geographies.
• Ensure accurate Master Data management and Assortment Line sheet maintainance in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Assist the Full Price planner with forecasting future stock levels to maximise opportunities during seasonal crossovers, peak trading weeks, sales, and campaigns.
• Coordinate category strategies with marketing and Visual Merchandising teams.

You have the following skills:

• 2-4 years of relevant working experience in multi-channel retail environment.
• University degree in Economy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including v-lookups and report generation.
• Strong presentation skills.
