Click & Collect Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
In these Click & Collect Terms (“Terms”), “ASICS” or “we” refers to ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd. “You” or “customer” refers to the individual placing an order on ASICS.com. Please note that these Terms are subject to change without notice at any time. Please check these Terms and related policies each time prior to placing an order in case there are any changes.
At checkout, you will have the option to order items on ASICS.com and if available, pick them up for free at a local ASICS store. “Click & Collect” is listed as a shipping option during the checkout process. ASICS.com orders placed using the Click & Collect” option are fulfilled with inventory at the local store selected at checkout. By selecting that option, you accept these Terms. After checkout with the “Click & Collect” shipping option, ASICS will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick up. In stock orders placed before 12pm local time may be eligible for same day pick up, otherwise orders will be available within three (3) business days excluding public holidays. Once your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email. The customer will need to bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation number/email in order to pick up the order. Orders not picked up within fourteen (14) calendar days will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. ASICS.com has the right to charge a restocking fee.
In-Store Pickup Option
After you have received a “Ready for Pick Up” email, in order to pick up your Click & Collect order, please visit the ASICS store location selected during checkout. Once at the ASICS store location, please let an ASICS staff member know you are picking up an online order and provide them with your order confirmation number/email. Prior to releasing your order to you, an ASICS staff member will verify the order using your valid photo ID and order confirmation number/email.
