Shop our full range of gear online from the comfort of your own home. Select 'Pick up in store' as your delivery option at checkout. We'll pick up the items from the store or will send it to your selected store by express post. ​C&C and online orders can also be returned at any of our ASICS Stores (excluding ASICS Outlet stores).

Click & Collect orders can take 1-3 business days. We'll email you when it's ready for collection.​

  • What is Click & Collect?
    Click & Collect allows you to order items on ASICS.COM and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store. Click & Collect is listed as a shipping option during the checkout process.
  • Where Can I Click & Collect from?

    Click and Collect is available at all ASICS stores. When checking out online, select 'Pick up in Store', enter your postcode and choose the store you wish to collect your order from.

  • When will my order be ready for me to pick up at the store?

    We'll notify you when your order is ready for pick up. You will receive a “ready for pick up” email once your order is ready for collection. To avoid disappointment please do not go to the store prior receiving this email as your order will not be ready for collection.

    “Available Today” orders are fulfilled by the store and may be available for same day pick up if placed by 12pm. All other orders with a future date will be fulfilled by our warehouse and sent to the store within 3 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

  • What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
    Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order. Your online payment will be processed when your order is ready for pick up.
  • What happens if I don't pick up my order?
    Click & Collect orders will be held for fourteen (14) calendar days. If your order isn't picked up within fourteen (14) calendar days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Can I change my pickup location after I placed an order using Order Pickup?
    Sorry, but you cannot change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the ASICS store you originally selected. If you're unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, contact our customer service team.
  • Can I cancel or modify my Click & Collect order?
    Our goal is to have your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our returns policy or contact customer service.
  • Can I have someone else pick up my Click & Collect items?
    A Click & Collect order can only be picked up by the person listed on the order. You will need to bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order.
  • How do I return my Click & Collect items?

    Click & Collect orders can be returned either in store or returned via the online return process

    • • Bring your product/s​
    • • Original packaging/box with all tags attached​
    • • In a new saleable condition​
    • • Returned within 45 days of when you received the order​

    Click the link below and follow the steps to lodge your return and print out your packing slip. This is not a pre-paid label.

    After printing your packing slip you will need to purchase a shipping label from a shipping provider eg. Australia Post. Please include your packing slip within your parcel to avoid any processing delays. If you are unable to print, please bring the below postage label to an Australia Post Office and recite the RMA Number for assistance.

  • Where's the receipt (Tax Invoice) for my Click & Collect item?
    Once the store has confirmed your order is ready for pickup and your payment is processed, you will receive your receipt (tax invoice) via email.
