In this interactive experience, you'll wear a smartphone and earphones. As you move your body - following colors and lights, matching your movements to visuals, or simply moving freely - the sounds you hear and the visuals you see will change in response to your movements.

Experience
How long does the experience take?
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes, including check-in and the experience itself.
Can I join alone?
Yes, individual participants are welcome.
Can we participate as a group?
Yes, groups of up to 7 can join a single session. Please make your reservation via the form. For groups of 8 or more, please split into multiple sessions with separate representatives. For groups over 30, please contact us at support@discover.asics.com.
Do we need to register each member of the group separately?
No, a single representative can make a reservation for up to 7 people per session.
Can I participate in a wheelchair?
Yes, participation in a wheelchair is possible. When making a reservation, please check the option indicating that a participant will be using a wheelchair. (Only one wheelchair user is allowed per session of up to 7 people.) On the day of the event, we will provide wheel covers, so please bring your own wheelchair.
Can children participate?
Yes, children are welcome to participate. However, we recommend that children under 15 be accompanied by a guardian.
Can I participate while wearing glasses?
Yes, glasses can be worn during the experience. However, as some activities involve movement, please be careful not to drop them.
Can I keep my mask on during the experience?
Yes, you can keep your mask on during the experience. However, please note that in some content areas, the accuracy of certain information may be affected.
Is there a dress code for the experience?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as the experience involves physical activity.
How physically demanding is the experience?
The content of the experience is personalized based on your initial profile. Participants with low activity levels will be guided to lighter exercises, while those with regular training habits may experience slightly more intense activities.
What should I bring for check-in?
Please bring the 2D code included in your confirmation email. You may present it on your smartphone screen or as a printed copy.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after your check-in time, your reservation will be considered void. Please make a new reservation.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos with your smartphone during the designated photo time at the end of the experience. For safety reasons, please refrain from taking photos or videos outside of the experience time. Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not allowed. Additionally, you will receive a short movie featuring highlights of your experience.
Can I post photos or videos on social media?
Yes, personal photos and videos can be posted on social media. However, live streaming or commercial photography without prior approval is not permitted.
Will the photos or videos be used for advertising or other purposes?
No, photos and videos taken during the experience will not be used for advertising or other secondary purposes. All data will be automatically deleted within 72 hours to protect your privacy.

Where does the experience take place? Is it indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place entirely indoors at the ASICS shop inside Grand Front Osaka.
Are there lockers or a cloakroom?
Yes, lockers are available for storing your shoes and small belongings, as participants are required to remove their shoes. Please store all items before entering the experience area.
Can I bring a stroller?
We are able to store strollers at the venue. However, due to limited space, we can only accommodate approximately three strollers.
Can I store large luggage or long items?
Large luggage and long items cannot be stored at the venue. Please use nearby coin lockers before arriving.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed inside the venue. However, assistance dogs are permitted in the gallery and shop areas, but not in the experience area.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
No restrooms are available within the venue. Please use the restrooms inside Grand Front Osaka.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the experience area or the shop.
Is there a parking space at the venue?

Is there a parking discount service?
Parking service at Grand Front Osaka parking garage is available based on the purchase amount.
