Consent Form for User-Generated Content

I acknowledge that, by commenting my consent, I grant permission and give my consent to the use and feature of my photograph(s), images, audio and/or electronic media/video files, my social media handle, by ASICS Europe B.V. and ASICS Corporation’s group of companies globally (collectively, “ASICS”) from my social media accounts (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest) (collectively, “User Content”), and waive my rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the possible use of the photographs or electronic media/video files.

I agree that the User Content may be shared across social media and elsewhere on the internet, including, but not limited to, third-party internet sites, emails, advertisements and the social media accounts of our partners, retailers, and vendors. The User Content shall be limited to marketing and promotional purposes and will not be used for other purposes.

I understand that the User Content may appear on the website or social media channels managed or owned by ASICS and any other publication or broadcasts, including advertisements, leaflets, and posters.

I understand that my social media handle will be used for tagging purposes only on social media. ASICS will not include personal details (such as name) on the ASICS website, printed materials or other marketing/promotional materials.

Furthermore, I understand that my personal data will be processed in line with ASICS Global Privacy Policy.
