As the official sponsor of the Japan Olympic committee, ASICS Tiger’s GEL-SIGHT was originally released in 1992 as a model for Japan only. The GEL-SIGHT was the training shoe for the Japanese Olympic team leading up to the 1992 summer games in Barcelona.
