Your next off road adventure calls for a shoe that stands up to the challenge of the ever changing terrain and uneven landscapes of exhilarating trail runs. You need a shoe that’s reliable on the ascent and descent, one with trusted grip on wet and dry, hard and soft surfaces and one that lets you stop at nothing. You need the ASICS GEL-FujiRado.

The GEL-FujiRado features symmetrical medial and lateral stability panels which provide targeted mid-foot security and heel hold for demanding trail conditions.  The mono sock construction makes it easy to pull the shoe on and the 8mm heel drop keeps your feet in a natural position. Special up and down hill studs provide traction and grip on rocky surfaces.

The shoe also features the ultra-fast Boa lacing system - a micro-adjustable closure dial that equates to a one millimeter of tension with each click - for full circle stability, multi-plane support and mid-foot security specifically designed for trail descents.

The Boa system offers quick, on the fly adjustments for convenience during the most demanding trails and features TX4 soft lacing material for excellent pliability, durability and reduced pressure points. The system also keeps laces contained in one continuous loop, keeping you safe on the trails and eliminating distractions, loose ends and unravelling.

The rock place protects your feet against sharp objects such as branches, rocks and protruding tree roots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort and Practicality Brilliant pair of trainers. I've been looking to buy a pair of Asics because of the comfort factor and these didn't disappoint. I enjoy walking long distances and wearing these means my feet don't get achy at the end of the day; often times it feels like you're walking with an extra bounce. Also, the lack of laces and simple slip in factor really is something that I found useful, but that's dependent on how much you dislike laces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ultra trail shoes I bought these specifixally with running the Lakeland 50 (50 mile mountain ultra marathon). Weather was atrocious, but my feet were the in the far better condition than in any other similar run I’ve done before. I paired them with Injinji socks, and genuinely had almost no blisters or sore spots. Absolutely remarkable and I’ll be buying again. I was a little concerned about the lacing system breaking en route-but seemed to be very resilient and made it very easy to adjust the tension across the run. H

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoes, super comfy I bought a month ago, I have used on varied trails and beach running. Also I used for a swim run training session and they worked great as swim-run shoes. very water resistant. They do keep your feet warm, so I would recommend them more as a winter shoe rather than summer. but super comfortable. The tightening wheel also works great, easy to slip on and off. quick tightening when running rather than havign to re-tie your shoes

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A blister waiting to happen I bought these to walk the 500 mile Camino to Santiago de Compostela. However I have been getting blisters on my right foot within minutes of putting them on. My last pair of ASICS were no problem and so were my last pair of another brand so I wrote to ASICS a week ago and still haven't had a reply. These shoes are blisters in the making. Awful customer service, rubbish shoes. I would prefer my money back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great shoe, bad service I had these shoes for 5 months and covered less than 100 miles. The lace snapped. ASICS would not repair and put me on to the lock lace manufacturer in Austria who sent me a replacement lace kit. However it is very complicated to repair so I will purchase another trail shoe from another brand. Shame as it was a great shoe and I have been a long term ASICS customer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Look good, great features but still to wear... I've recently bought these online as I liked all that they had to offer, especially the extra traction feature, so really looking forward to wearing when I get home from overseas! So unable to comment further regarding the fit aspect.
