What makes running t-shirts different?

A running top is a specifically designed piece of running clothing that’s intended to help you to train to the best of your abilities. What makes them different from other kinds of tops?

Run tops are made from fabrics such as nylon and polyester which draw moisture away from your skin and to the outside, where it can then evaporate easily. If you go running in tops made from materials like cotton or wool, the fibres absorb the water, meaning they become heavier and are more likely to chafe.
