Your role in our shared journey
Located at our Iberia headquarters in Barcelona, we are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our Sales department with strong experience in WHS and Retail channels.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Drive Growth: Lead the end‑to‑end business of one of our key partners, managing Wholesale and Retail activities to deliver sustainable and profitable market share growth.
- Build Partnerships: Develop and execute strategic business plans, acting as the internal ambassador for your account.
- Strategic Planning: Create seasonal account strategies and category plans that translate customer needs into actionable initiatives.
- Commercial Excellence: Lead sell-in negotiations, monitor sell-out performance, and ensure optimal supply chain execution.
- Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyse market trends, and provide insights on customer and competitor activities.
- People Management: Lead and develop two District Managers driving alignment, operational excellence, and talent development to support strategic growth across channels.
You have the following experience and skills
- University degree preferably on Business or Sports Economics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales.
- 5+ years as KAM in Wholesale and Retail. Industry experience preferably Sports, Fashion, FMCG.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven people management experience.
- Well-rounded Sales expertise and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Negotiating & Influencing skills.
- Analytical/strategical skills to analyse data and develop and improve strategic decision making and implementation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel (at least a 40%).
- Passion for sport.
