Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by designing and delivering innovative learning programmes that develop talent across the region. In this role, you'll manage the ASICS Academy platform and create engaging, blended learning solutions whilst serving as the central point of contact for learning and development initiatives throughout EMEA.
This is a temporary position with a fixed term contract of 12 months.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design and build interactive, blended learning programmes for various topics and audiences across the organisation.
- Apply instructional design theories whilst staying current with the latest learning and development trends.
- Manage vendors end to end, including selection, briefing, execution and invoicing
- Serve as the main point of contact for ASICS Academy, the company's training platform.
- Design and lead comprehensive learning and wellbeing programmes for employees.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Create and manage communication related to L&D including monthly communication on ongoing events and initiatives and the monthly company newsletter.
You have the following skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development roles.
- Instructional design expertise in blended learning programmes.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems with hands-on platform experience.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Experience managing learning programmes, including communications and external parties.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
